backwards headers vs. C++0x

Thanks for the feedback Mark.

It sounds to me like you're pretty much against any removal for 
backwards and deprecated headers. That's certainly a valid position. Is 
there any procedure for removal that would make you feel more 
comfortable, or one that you think is better in general?
