To avoid any misunderstanding, I'd like to state that my intent was to
contribute the code to libstdc++. That was the reason for copying the
license reference text as well. However as a fellow developer rightly
pointed out in private mail I need to file a copyright assignment to
the FSF, for which I have now requested the necessary forms. I hope to
solve that legal issue as soon as possible.
