The testsuite considers it "a bug" because, 'til today we worked under 
the assumption that the supported targets don't change the C headers 
depending on the C++ compiler being used, an interesting possibility 
indeed, which, however, would require a restructuring of various areas 
of the C++ library.  To repoeat, these are complicated issues and, 
frankly, until DR 456 gets a complete, full resolution, I'm not so keen 
of changes "in the small" to the library. But we already discussed that, 
in various audit trails...
