Recent 4.1 breakage...

All new failures caused by:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  could not obtain semaphore set

...which appears to be completely unrelated to any 4.1 patch to the
compiler in those two days (and the library itself was not patched).

That leave just one failure which has existed (for an unknown amount
of time since I hadn't bootstrapped in ages):
