The latest C++ standards work.

All,

I guess a lot of people on this list probably know that the latest
mailing for C++ language and library enhancements work is out:

I have two questions for the experts who have watched these processes
before.
1) I understand what Core vs. Library in the Subgroup column mean but
what is Evolution?
2) How fixed do we think TR1 is?  How much of a moving target?
   I noticed that papers n1933 and n1932 have improvements for TR1
random number generation.
   These changes don't look big at all but still...
