Indeed.

If you feel like helping more (the docs badly need our attention!)
another long standing issue we have got is with ext/howto.html which is
growing bigger because of "LWG Issues": in my opinion, nowadays it
doesn't really belong here and we should find a separate place for it.

Forgot! I think we are supposed to keep index.txt updated to track
index.html... If you could also work on that, at some point, it would be
great... Otherwise I will.
