Here is a new version of the patch that has a short sentence at the 
bottom of 5.2 and a link to a rejuvenated 5.5.
Each of the main parts of TR1 are introduced with a couple of short 
sentences of information.  In the bold heading I put "- Completed -" and 
"- Under construction -" indicators.  There is a link to the table of 
course.

Also, in the section 5.3 on the SGI STL I pointed to 5.5 and mentioned 
the unordered containers as replacements for hash_xxx.

I'll put together a 4.1 version tomorrow assuming this checks out.
