[Committed] Fix PR 23926

A simple typo in acinclude.m4 from Geoff's patch which adds symbol
versioning support for darwin to libstdc++.

I committed this as obvious after a bootstrap/test on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.

	for GNU LD.
	* configure: Regenerate.
