You're asking for several hundred files to be emailed to you!

The sources for libstdc++-v3 are integrated with the main GCC sources,
so you should download the main GCC sources or checkout the relevant
parts from CVS.

libstdc++ is no longer available for download as separate snapshots.

http://gcc.gnu.org/libstdc++/ should make this clearer really, I'll
prepare a patch for the web page.
