Hi self! ;)

No decisions to date: mainline is open for non-ABI breaking patches. 
Actually, only fixes for regressions should go in 4.0 at this point but 
tr1 work (and, maybe, a few other small things ;) is ok since it's 
completely safe wrt the standard library proper.

Tomorrow evening latest I will have a look to your work...
