Correct patch to silence warning in eh_call.cc?

I'm really not sure that this patch is correct--I don't know the libstdc++ code well
enough.  On my Linux system, the patch silences a warning about size_of_encoded_value
being defined but not used in eh_call.cc.  I can't see any way for code in eh_call.c
to call size_of_encoded_value(), regardless of the target type.
