Seems to be an operating system thing - something like a race confition.  
I think that when a test aborts the OS (Windows XP) hangs on to the .exe 
file for a short time, and won't let dejagnu delete it.

It's quite common on cygwin.  It may be better for remote_file to catch 
this, but this is what was done elsewhere in gcc.
