[committed] xfail, 26_numerics/cmath/c99_classification_macros_c.cc on darwin

Since this is not really a regression and only really the test really 
started to
test correctly on darwin, I decided just to xfail it the test; just 
like on GNU/Linux.

Committed as obvious to the mainline after testing it worked.
