In various files in libstdc++-v3/docs/html/ext, we find:

lwg-active.html:      <li><a href="http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/

but, that gives:

The requested URL /jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2005/lwg-defects.html  
was not found on this server.

http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/lwg-defects.html

does seem to give something.


I'm confused, because I'd expect that a link scanner would tell us  
when these go dead, and yet, there they are.

I think I am seeing this on mainline, but can't help but feel I am  
doing something wrong.

Anyway, a quick check also has other dead links:
