Request for removal of my code.

I'd like my demangler to be removed from libstdc++.
The last patches by Benjamin Kosnik have broken
the code (and were applied without my consent
or even knowledge) and I feel it is hurting my
reputation in the current state.

The demangler is not in use anymore by the library
anyway - so it makes no sense to waste time on
maintaining it anyway.

If removal is not an option, then either
1) Restore it to its original state as
   it was in after my last patch.
or
2) Fix it and add it back in the testsuite.
or
3) At _least_ add a disclaimer that I do not
   take responsibility for its current state
   because the current state is not mine.

Any of this BEFORE a next release, please.
