This means in turn, that, in my opinion, the proper short term fix 
(before the
resolution of 438 becomes effective) would be adding to _Construct too an
overload with an additional Alloc argument (consistently with Matt's work
for _Destroy) and calling __alloc::construct from inside it.

I will implement it.
