LSB patch to gcc 3.3 tree

I'm taking care of mainline, and gcc-3_4-branch. I believe Michael is going to do 3.3.x.

mainline is done, gcc 3.4.x will be done immediately after the 3.4.1 release.

The 3.3.x branch can be done once Michael has a patch that works. I expect this soonish.
