Getting gcc and libstdc++ 7 to live happily together

check out gcc
check out libstdcxx_so_7

cd gcc
mv libstdc++-v3 libstdc++v3.cvs
mv ../libstdc++-v3 ./libstdc++v3.so_7

ln -s libstdc++-v3.cvs libstdc++-v3  for so_6 builds
ln -s libstdc++-v3.so_7 for so_7 builds

cvs updates in gcc will just work
