FYI in your patch of malloc_allocator.h the cstdlib include is duplicated (not what you are wanting, presumably), and the include of <new> can be removed. Since you've not posted it on this list, I'm assuming you're not planning on checking it in, so I was refraining on commenting. The qualification bits are fine. -benjamin
