Compiling libstdc++-v3 without the testsuite

Greetings,

I am attempting to build a g++ cross-compiler without support for 
exceptions. My problem is that the libstdc++-v3 testsuite uses the throw() 
statement in about a million places and therefore refuses to compile. Is 
there a ./configure time option which prevents compilation of the 
testsuite? I cannot find one in the docs.
