New 3.3 libstdc++ testsuite failures on s390x (64-bit only)

Hello,

I'm seeing three new testsuite failures on s390x (s390 is OK):

FAIL: 22_locale/num_put_members_char.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 22_locale/num_put_members_wchar_t.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 26_numerics/complex_inserters_extractors.cc (test for excess errors)

All three have the same cause:
: undefined reference to `std::__num_base::_S_format_float(std::ios_base const&, char*, char, long)'

Any idea what this could be?
