libstdc++ multilibs installed where gcc won't find them

Hmm...  I'd thought 3.2 didn't have multi-os-directory support.  In
fact, I'd thought even 3.3 didn't, but a quick peek at their
ChangeLogs have proved me wrong.  I'm putting the patch in in all of
