I hope you won't duplicate work...

At the last Santa Cruz meeting, Jason, Matt, Benjamin and I informally
discussed compile reflection (which includes type traits) support in
the C++ front-end.  At the time, the BIB was active and Jason
suggested I posted patches for inclusion in BIB... Something I
unfortunately didn't because I was not trusting that such pacthes
would survive the double merge  BIB + cp-parser-branch.  

Now that we have the new parser, I'm looking for the mainline tree to
stabilize a bit (I believe two weeks should be sufficient) before
creating an official branch for putting some support of compile time
reflection in the C++ front-end.
