make check-abi fails

If you are building on linux, you should be using the gnu locale model.
That's what the ABI baselines are generated with.

Perhaps you are using the generic locale? See the configure docs page
for more info.

The first four rounds of patches, the ones that are already in mainline.
One of them is in already.
