[Patch] For stringbuf::overflow missing sputc

Hi,

has Benjamin kindly reminded me, let's start with the safe,
easy things.

Tested x86-linux. Ok for mainline?

P.S. I wanted a testcase too, but failed to cook up one, mainly
because sputc is not virtual. Any suggestions?
