Can I distribute libstc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 along with my executable?

I use templates, and am having problems executing my
program on various Linux platforms without recompiling
on those platforms.  I have not modified anything
within libstc++-libc6.2-2.so.3.  Can I distribute this
shared library within a RPM?
