Missing inlines?

Is my memory wrong? I can remember compilers warning about multiple
definitions of the same template instantiation when you missed the inline.

Is this behavior standard? Or is this GCC specific?

I added them all, I hope. Rebuilt compiler. And now the relevant exception
in a relativ big program gets caught.
But this is no proof that this was the failure. But I hope for the best.
