Whitespace cleanup for libstdc++ headers

Hello,

since I've configured vim to hilight hidden whitespace in C and
Java sources, I've spotted several places with wrong spacing
all over the standard headers.

Even though the fix would fall under the "obviously correct"
definition, I thought I'd ask anyway because the patch could
result in several spurious conflicts against sandboxes with
local changes and branches.

Unless I hear complaints by tomorrow, I'll go on and do
the cleanup.
