[Patch] Change basic_filebuf::open to single return

Hi again,

this is my recent 'fault', efficiency seems not at stake and,
barring a massive 'style' change, it's the last inconsistency
in the iostream area of which I'm aware.

Tested x86-linux.

Ok?
