Source code for Single-threaded versus Multithread-safe string tests

Hi,

I'm currently trying to understand more of the thorny basic_string MT 
issues and, as part of this effort, I would like to run Sutter testcases 
(alluded to in his latest book) through libstdc++-v3 and some proposed 
improvements of it.

Unfortunately, contrary to some sentences in the book, I'm not really 
able to find them at gotw.ca. Are they available somewhere?
