Unresolved Check Error

If you compile with -E, which will show you the pre-processed input,
you'll be able to see what the deal is. There are currently unresolved
issues with libstdc++ and some parts of C99 support. 

Gaby and I are working on a better solution for these issues. 

This FAIL is not a big deal, as has been expressed repeatedly in
the past. In fact, it used to be XFAILED.
