stdiostream for GCC 3.2

Hi,

I know that stdiostream.h has been dropped from g++ due
it is not ANSI compliant, but does anybody have a stdiostream.h
file written for g++ 3.2? There is many applications that depends
of that file. Could a workaround be published? Not inside of libstdc++,
but of easy integration.
