libstdc++ is broken on 3.2 branch

See my mail to the main gcc list.  It's a bug introduced by Mark's
recent C++ frontend changes.  I'm not sure whether those changes are
broken or libstdc++ is broken - but it seems that the code was never
tested together before commit :-(
