Not really IMHO. Since it comprises 3 tests overall, and /only/ the 3rd 
one is affected by the issue at hand with localedata (and would be for 
all practical purposes XFAILed by my patch), test01() and test02(), on 
the other hand, may be run exactly as of two days ago.
