New AIX regressions

	It is a little bit hard to tell because mixing slightly different
versions of the library and compiler produce additional warnings.  I have
tried a one week old version of the compiler

g++ 3.2 20020423 (experimental) ,

which did not exhibit these new failures, and the version of libstdc++-v3
current as of a few hours ago.

	Results: the failures are present.  For example:

Assertion failed: __EX, file  /u/dje/src/GNU/gcc/libstdc++-v3/testsuite/27_io/istream_sentry.cc, line 79

	I am bootstrapping the GCC 3.1 branch right now, but if these
patches have been applied to the branch then we have a massive regression
for AIX on the branch since yesterday, and we at least have a massive
regression on the trunk since yesterday.
