Some of the synthetic benchmarks in BENCH++ get a big win.  If I
remember correctly, test o000012a does 45% better with built-ins
enabled.  I've no idea whether eon uses any built-in functions,
so I'm not sure it'll affect the SPEC2000 figures at all.
