* outstanding summary email

At times, I manage to get the summary emails out. Here are some
successful months:

Oops. Looks like summaries are missing from march, april, may and now
june.

If somebody feels motivated, I'm looking for a volunteer to collect this
info. If not, I'll try to get to it.
