Ok.
But what about the stuff coming from stl_tempbuf.h?

Overall this is what we are going to move apart:
- From stl_tempbuf.h: get_temporary_buffer, __get_temporary_buffer,
return_temporary_buffer, struct temporary_buffer
- From stl_tree.h: struct rb_tree

Two different ext files? ext/tree and ext/tempbuf perhaps?
