Closing stdout

This simple piece of sample code causes a segmentation fault:

cout.close() ;
cout.flush() ;

Same happens if the flush is replaced by a second "close".
Is this something that could be posted as a bug ?

P.S. The real scenario is not as stupid as this code. This is just an
example.
