The HTML collections have already been included in a couple of distros. I
don't think anybody's done the man pages yet.
I think man pages should start going out, but they're far from comprehensive.
The docs/doxygen/TODO will give you an idea of what's lacking; the major
gaps are in I/O and strings.
Naming conventions for man pages are something else that should be addressed.
The existing scheme is largely what doxygen does as a default, plus a
little post-processing in the run_doxygen script.
