We got the duplicate symbol problem too

This is just to echo Dave Anglin's complaint of a week ago
( http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/libstdc++/2001-10/msg00066.html ), where
"std::__timepunct<char>::_M_put_helper(char*, unsigned, char const*,
tm const*) const" is complained about as a duplicate symbol on
Darwin. The complaint comes from Darwin's (non-binutils) ranlib,
which errors out as a result of the duplicate, then every attempt
to use libstdc++ garners a linker warning about the library being
unsorted (just what we need, more Darwin slowness :-) ).

Commenting out "template class __timepunct<char>" in locale-inst.cc
makes the complaint go away, but that's probably a little too
drastic, heh-heh.
