Solaris no longer works with long long in 3.0 branch

Thanks for the quick response.  I am glad to see that the "undefined 
reference to ..." problem is being taken care of.

I am uncertain that the "undefined reference to ..." is related to the 
long long issue on Solaris.  Solaris 2.7 doesn't seem to have some 
functions that C99 seems to depend on, such as "wcstold".
