Thanks.  I figured it out, finally.  I had installed the new DejaGNU
in /usr/local and the old one in /usr.  Since /usr/local/bin, I got
the right "runtest" script -- but it is too dumb to make sure that you
get the right Tcl libraries, so I was getting the old /usr Tcl stuff!
