doxygen documentation up on the website?

Hey, I'm slowly becoming addicted to this documentation and am hoping
that I can convince other folks to put this up, live, on-line. Is
there a reason this file:

ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/libstdc++/libstdc++-doxygen-20010501.tar.gz

is not up and linked in to the general libstdc++ documentation page?
ie
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/documentation.html
