Compiling w/o gcc?

I wish to compile libstdc++-v3 without gcc. I have another C++
compiler that I need to use due to differences in object layout,
mangling, etc.

The compile instructions are pretty vague with respect to what
parts of gcc (sources) are really needed. I don't need to build
gcc (in fact I can't since it doesn't have support for my target).
I just need a C+ library. I have full source to the other compiler,
so edits to the library or compiler source are possible.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
