libstdc++: Two header problems (patch included)

The following patch fixes two minor problems. 
The first one removes a comparison between signed and unsigned type
warning in include/ext/stl_hashtable.h.  

The second one fixes the incorrect file inclusing in file
include/backward/bvector.h, since stl_bvector.h is located in
<ext/stl_bvector.h> and not in <bits/stl_bvector.h>.
