Builtins that don't work

        * libmath/stubs.c: New file.
        * libmath/Makefile.am (libmath_la_SOURCES): Add stubs.c.
        * libmath/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

which now defines the single-precision routines which are assumed to be
present.  I closed my PR, but I did not check if others had encountered
the same problem.
