[g++-testsuite] Fix g++.old-deja/g++.robertl/eb130.C

The current g++ 3.1 compiler rejects the file g++.robertl/eb130.C
from the g++ test suite since the header file hash_set is located in the
ext directory. The appended patch fixes the problem.
