patch: <bits/localefwd.h> with -fno-exceptions

is it possible that you committed to HEAD instead of gcc-3-branch ?
Or is libstdc++-v3 not supposed to be branched ?

I'll start testing your patch, but I hope it's going into the gcc 3 release.
