Probably, you have already noticed that I have just submitted a patch for rope,
slist, hash_map and hash_set that follows your suggestions regarding the best
strategy for dealing with stl_uninitialized.h (and stl_deque.h). Could you possibly
review it?

(*) On a personal side, do you remember when we meet in Oxford one year ago at the
ACCU Conf? We talked a bit about some problems with cmath, about the forthcoming
gcc3.0, the necessity of an improved GC for 3.1, and something else...
